We are expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals with excellent communication skills to join us as Telemarketing Executives.
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (Agargaon, Kafrul, Mirpur, Shewrapara)
Employment Status: Full-time (Night Shift)
Age Limit: Up to 32 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers in the USA/Canada following provided scripts.
- Understand customer needs, clarify information, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Sell products/services over the phone as per instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the call center database.
- Meet personal and team-based qualitative and quantitative targets.
Education & Experience:
- Educational Requirements: O Level, SSC, A Level, HSC, Bachelor/Honors.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a BPO, data entry firm, or call center. Freshers with excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Preferred Experience: A minimum of 6 months in international call centers, particularly in campaigns related to MCA, Solar, Air Duct, B2B sales, Business Finance, or processing.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with excellent speaking and listening skills.
- Strong communication and sales closing abilities.
- Ability to work night shifts (Bangladesh time: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Professional attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: Tk. 17,000 – 28,000
- Exclusive Sales Commission: Up to Tk. 10,000 based on performance
