Job Responsibilities:
- Design professional logos, banners, posters, and social media graphics
- Manage the company’s Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Plan, run, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Maintain a strong and consistent visual brand identity
- Work on external client projects and earn a fixed commission per project
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams regularly
Requirements:
- Must be creative, skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Experience in any Graphic Designer job is a plus
- Basic understanding of Facebook and Google advertising
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: BDT 18,000 (Basic)
- Fixed commission for client-based design work
