Responsibilities:
- Take live transfer leads from agents, qualify them, and guide merchants through the MCA application process.
- Actively listen to merchants’ needs, provide personalized guidance, and ensure a seamless experience.
- Contact merchants with outstanding MCAs to initiate repayment discussions via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Collect necessary documents and paperwork for MCA applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Negotiate repayment terms and settlement offers with merchants to recover outstanding balances.
- Maintain detailed records of communication and payment arrangements, utilizing CRM software and other tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and resolve disputes effectively.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to MCA collections.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a chaser or telemarketing executive within the merchant cash advance (MCA) industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client interactions and application processes.
