RIVO BPO is hiring International Call Center Executives for its outbound sales / lead generation team. If you are a fluent English speaker with strong listening skills and a quick learner, this is your chance to build a career in the BPO industry. No prior experience is required.

Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers in the USA & Canada
- Follow provided scripts to communicate effectively
- Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions or services
- Maintain clear and accurate call records in the database
- Sell products/services over the phone as instructed
- Achieve personal and team-based sales targets
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Education: O-Level, A-Level, HSC, or BBA (preferred)
- Age: up to 26 years
- Willing to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Bangladesh Time)
- Comfortable with a 3–6 month probation period based on performance
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized
- Self-motivated and independent, but also a team player
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Email
- Must complete a 5 to 10-day free training before joining the campaign
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Tk. 18000 – 25000/Monthly (hourly 70-120 Taka)
- Exclusive Sales Commission: 3,000 to 15000+
