Experienced Telemarketing Agents – Night Shift
RIVO BPO is looking for experienced telemarketing agents to join our growing US and Canadian outbound sales campaigns. If you have experience in telemarketing or outbound BPO/call centers and know how to close deals, this is your opportunity to earn more and grow your career!

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers in the USA and Canada
- Handle international outbound telemarketing campaigns
- Generate leads and set appointments
- Sell products and services to international customers
- Provide customer support, send email, follow up with customers when assigned
Educational Qualifications:
- O Level, A Level, HSC, or Bachelor/Honors (1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th Semester)
Requirements:
- Must be professional, punctual, and well-organized
- At least 6 months of proven telemarketing experience in one or more of the following:
- MCA Sales, Debt Consolidation, Appointment Setting, or Other USA, Australia, Canada, UK-based Telemarketing Campaigns
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English Speaking, Good listening skill
- Age: Up to 25 years
Job Benefits:
- Hourly Salary: BDT 90 – BDT 120/Per hour
- Exclusive Sales Commission:
- Bonus for App Out Leads – 200 BDT/Per Qualified Leads
- Bonus for Qualified/Approved for Sales Leads – 1000 BDT/Per Sales
- Bonus on Funded/Sold Service/Product – 2500-10,000 BDT/Per Successful closed deals
- Attendance Bonus: Tk. 2,000
- Transportation Allowance: Tk. 1,500
- Festival Bonus: 2 bonuses per year

Who Should NOT Apply:
- Candidates without at least 6 months of relevant telemarketing experience.
- Candidates who are not fluent in English.
- Candidates with poor punctuality or attendance.
