Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to USA/Canada customers following sales scripts
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Sell services and products over the phone
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
Qualifications
- Education: SSC, HSC, Bachelor/Honors, or O Level
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong listening ability and quick learning skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a positive attitude
- Willing to work night shifts
- Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Tk. 18,000 – 25,000
- Sales Commission: Up to Tk. 10,000 (Performance-based)
