Position: Telemarketing Agent
Location: Dhaka
Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM (Bangladesh time)
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers in the USA and Canada.
• Promote and sell products or services to international customers.
• Generate leads and set appointments.
• Follow up with customers when assigned.
• Maintain professional customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in spoken English with a clear accent.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Professional, punctual, and well-organized.
• Basic computer skills, including browsing and email.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts.
• Age: Up to 28 years.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: 18,000 – 25,000+ BDT
• Exclusive Sales Commission: 3,000 – 20,000+ BDT
  • Bonus for QC Passed Leads – 200 BDT/Per Qualified Leads
  • Bonus for Qualified for Sales Leads – 1000 BDT/Per Sales
  • Bonus on Sold Service/Product – 2500-20,000 BDT/Per Successful Sales
• Attendance Bonus: 2,000 BDT
• Transportation Allowance: 1,500 BDT
• Festival Bonus: 2 bonuses per year
